David Kulesz came highly recommended from a trusted family friend and it was great recommendation. From the beginning David was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about everything during the case. I hired him for a Divorce, he would listen to me, take the time to carefully think about what I wanted, and then tell me the best way we could proceed that would be the most effective both legally and fiscally. He does not waste your time or his time which was one of the best things about him. I would highly David.

My case was complicated being a foreigner and navigating Americas legal system. David is a seasoned lawyer, direct and supportive. I knew I was in good hands and could trust his judgment, he saved me a lot of time effort and money. Dealing with legal issues is stressful and his calm nature helps during that process. David represented me in a modification order. Every time we spoke he was attentive to all the details I mentioned, and explained clearly how the case would proceed, and what would work and what wouldn't. David was also able to resolve the case as quickly as possible, and by settling as many of the details as possible outside court, we were able to avoid the rescheduling that seems to occur constantly in the Tarrant County family court system. I would recommend him even though I am not his client. I am not in a county he served but I was referred to him by a family friend lawyer who does not do family law anymore. When I called he listened to me and made sure he understood what my case was, it is a pretty confusing case. He answered my questions that I had. I didn't have to leave a message for him to call me back he was there when I called. I would have hired him had I not been so far away. There is a reason why David has been a "Texas super Lawyer " over 10 years. David handled the divorces of wealthy friends of mine with a great outcome. In my contentious divorce, I hired David and he protected me financially . David represented my brother and protected my brother in his NASTY divorce and won full custody of his kids and child support . He represented my niece in a custody case, and today David is handling another family members divorce, although not finalized yet , David made a strategic move to protect her financially , it was amazing. He has been in the business a long time and is good with family law. gets appointments quickly with the judge. I was in a domestic violence case, and he worked quickly so i could be granted a protective order. However, being new at divorces (not knowing any family or friends who have gone thru divorce), i didnt know much about what i needed to do or what exactly was going to happen next -- steps, etc. i was just given paperwork to fill out and pretty much just expected to show up. i handed him what i felt was evidence of cheating. he took the paperwork that i submitted but never gave me any input as to how it could be used, etc. and this is my main complaint --- I wasnt very informed. i was just going thru it blindly, trusting him. didnt know what questions to ask. he had said, at the begginning, divorce could be completed within 60 days. well, was with him a LOT longer than that. i was nickel and dimed -- a 3rd party left a message on his voice mail. i paid for that 15 minute voice mail at $325 an hour. unbelievable!!!
