Stephanie arrived at the scene and assisted me. She was fully knowledgeable about personal injury. Megan answered all questions I had before signing. She reassured me that I was in the right hands. Wendy was my case manager who did a FANTASTIC job with my case. She assisted me with property damage by sending my photos to the insurance carrier. She made this process so easy for me. This law firm did not fight for me, I lost my brand new mustang , was injured , lost wages and months of physical therapy and waited over a year to get a 15,000settlement and never once even spoke with Matt Aulsbrook, I signed two settlement checks thinking the attorney fees were only coming out but there were medical and more , I am very very dissatisfied and disappointed in this law firm and do not recommend him or his establishment to anyone, nothing but a big disappointment

I had a disappointing experience with ruth. Initially, she lacked knowledge about advance parole through dental and asked us to research it ourselves, despite the fact that we paid for her expertise. Furthermore, we paid in advance and ended up needing to seek help elsewhere because she forgot about our case. We were told we could apply our payment towards another service once we returned to the U.S., but after reaching out, she failed to follow up despite multiple attempts. Overall, her lack of knowledge and poor communication made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend her services.

I had a motorcycle accident while traveling in Texas and this law firm was a true life saver. What stood out in my opinion was their compassion. Most Law Firms seem more interested in how much they could get out of you, instead, Aulsbrook focused on making sure I was okay and getting the best possible outcome without putting a strain on my finances. This experience has been horrible I was in an accident when I was 17 I’m 18 now my sibling was over the case they’ve been trying to help me reach my attorney which was Alma she told me she is no longer over case and it’s switched, haven’t gotten a call from the new attorney Alma hasn’t answered any text about contact info for new attorney I was hit walking the person took responsibility but for some reason they are dragging this case out as long as possible (maybe they get more percentage if they make it take longer than it should) they don’t give advances on your case even though they drag your case out - the communication is poor it’s been a horrible experience please please find another attorney like has Alma been fired why has nobody tried to reach out look at times and date on attached picture it’s been two weeks this is insane they just want their payout higher they don’t care about the client - don’t be fooled by the expensive commercials like we were
