Lack of transparency about fees and additional charges

“It would be great if they came out straight forward to their clients about the whole price for their services. From Monday to Friday when they contacted me about an extra $1000 added to my contract (her or her assistant forgot about it when we were in the office on Monday) not even a full five days that she would charge us for what she said were government fees but we did our research, talked to several other attorneys and we didn't have to pay some of the fees she was talking about.”
