Albert was amazing. Although he was court appointed he didn’t settle. He listened to my wants and needs and got a felony lifted to a misdemeanor. Albert was communicative and talked to me throughout the process. Although he was a busy man he didn’t make me feel like just a number. Thank you Albert for all your hard work.
