When I got served with paper at my front doors I was so scared the first thing I did was email the first lawyer I found in the mail that I had been receiving in the past couple of days. Mr. Weaver was quick to respond and suggested I call at 9:00 when they opened and scheduled an application as soon as possible. I had my appointment by 9:45 am the same day. When I got there Mrs. Weaver met with me and gave me my options. What I liked most about them was the payment arrangement they have to get your whole process going. Everybody at the office is super nice and communication is awesome. I totally recommend Weaver Law office.

Wow. Let me first says, who wants to go and file bankruptcy? . I sure did not, but with too many bills, I had to check to see if this was a option. After being referred to Weaver Law Firm and meeting with Dena Weaver, I was given hope after our first meeting. I had many questions, some I thought were dumb but Dena never made me feel dumb but them and answered all my questions and concerns. The process was pretty detailed but she helped us through it... She keep me updated on the process and was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Going down to the court to see the trustee was a very interesting experience.
