I would never advise anyone to use that attorney office. They only care about the money they make on your behalf. I really doubt at the end that they really fight for their clients. My advise is to stay away from them.

Brandy Musick is very professional and knowledgeable. She made my bankruptcy experience smooth. She helped put me at ease with a very stressful time for me. Michael Berryman was also very helpful.

Everything below is the GOD HONEST TRUTH. I hired them shortly after my accident in September of 2015. Not only did I NEVER SPEAK TO AN ATTORNEY! They also never updated me on my case. Weeks and months would go by without out a call. When I called them they didn't know what was going on and had to call me back, which they didn't. I had employees there tell me "your file isn't complete and I'll have to call you back when I have it all in front of me". My wife has been a paralegal for over 12 years. I know what they go through. When they asked for time I gave it, with plenty of patience and understanding and I gave it months at a time. All for them to never update me on my case. Not a call text or email. When I finally had enough I got a occasional email. It took them almost a year to ask me to get the police report changed because of a typo. During that time the police officer retired and it was very difficult to get it changed. They put me on hold for a week when I asked to speak to the person handling my case, only for them to tell me she didn't work there anymore.. I hade 7 or 8 people handle my case and they all "needed time" to go over my case. I gave evidence of my wreck to them in October of 2015 and they lost it. They lied to me about presenting my demand early this year (2016) and they asked me for "60 to 90 days for a response". When I called back 5 weeks later to check up on the case they told me it hadn't been filed until earlier that week and that they need another "60 to 90 days for a response". When I went to deliver my evidence to them they literally had case Files all over cabinets the floors and an empty desk. I've had employees from the front end tell me "I deliver you messages, I'm sorry they haven't calied you back. I don't know why they haven't" only for the paralegals tell me "I never got a message" If you made it this far then I urge you TO NEVER USE THIS LAW FIRM!! They dropped me (THANK GOD) because I got impatient with the and their lies. This has got to be the most unprofessional law firm I've ever seen. You'll never talk to a lawyer and they REALLY don't care about your case.

Very please with firm David a John and associates walk us through the process of filing chapter 7. I highly recommend them if you need help or are looking to file bankruptcy.

Great experience with this firm and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
