They ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL LAW FIRM!IF I COULD RATE BELOW 0 IT WOULD BE THAT! I DON'T THINK HE KNEW WHAT HE & DOING AT ALL. PERMANENT DAMAGE TO A DISK OF THE SPINE, HIT IN THE REAR!! NO THE PERSON NAME I WON'T SAY ,TO GO FROM100K TO my PIP! ! WENT TO PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR 7 OR 8 MONTHS AS IF THEY WERE THE ONE THAT WAS HIT BY IN REAR OF A FORD F150,I HAVE BEEN WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR OVER 20YRS AND HAVEN'T BEEN IN A FAULT ACCIDENT MAYBE 1 OR NONE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. ARE YOU OR ANYONE THERE AN ATTORNEY?? I DON'T THINK SO AND HAVE REALLY GOOD PICTURES. IT'S A SHAME

Years and years to reach a settlement, gave me a trial date and never got any information once the date came, even though I was told I was getting an email prior. In general just a terrible experience, took the first settlement just to get the case over with.

On September 29, 2017 I was in a auto accident.. I’ve dealt with this office since day one... it’s been 2 months shy of THREE years since this accident that I didn’t cause... I ended up battling my accident in trial and “won” my case... trial was March 2020 I still haven’t been paid... throughout this whole process I’ve had to call for updates... I never get returned calls the case workers especially (lily) are very rude and unprofessional!! It has been nothing but a headache dealing with this office... I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to them and I hope you don’t either! You want someone to fight for what you deserve... ITS NOT DAVID KOHM AN ASSOCIATES.... take me for my word!!! If I could give them zero stars, that’s what they would and deserve to get!!!!
