Do not waste your money with this firm. They took my retainer, told me a few months later they couldn't help. I requested the remaining balance of my retainer returned repeatedly. Every month they would send me an invoice for services which equated to LITERALLY nothing in supporting my case. Every month I requested a refund of the remaining balance, requests that continually went unanswered. Today I received my final invoice zeroing out my retainer. Do yourself a favor and do not use this firm for anything, a case is hard enough to deal with, aloof representation compounds the struggle and hits your wallet hard.

Do not hire this law firm. I promise they are the worst I have ever dealt with. Their timing kept changing, they did not return calls, and they failed to provide all the necessary information. The attorney who took my case did not study it thoroughly, and when we got to trial, it was a disaster.

Omg where do I even begin with this scam of a company. It took them 3 years , 3 years after they made me go to a chiropractor that was not needed to only screw me from beginning to end. I had two cases with this firm and they screwed me on both. They kept switching people on my case for 3 years. I never knew anything and stayed having to call them as if they wanted me to forget about my cases. You will always have to call them for an update they will not call you. Bit the kicker for me was after waiting 3 years to get my money for the wreck. We agreed on an amount for me and for my 2 kids. I come to pick up my last check for my kids, and do you know, these people not only took money from the settlement, but they TOOK 500 MORE DOLLARS OUT OF EACH OF MY KIDS CHECK. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE THAT WE AGREED YOU WILL PAY ME THIS MUCH AND THEN YOU PAY ME WAY LESS.. THEY TOOK SCREWED ME TWICE ON THIS SETTLEMENT TO ME. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYBODY TO COME TO THEM. THEY WILL TAKE EVEYTHING, AND YOU LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING. 3 YEARS THEY DRAGGED THIS OUT AND SCREWED ME SO MUCH IN THE PROCESS.

For accident and injury, I was put through some general protocol with their established medical teams. I did not feel heard by the medical or legal team and was mostly ignored for 5 mths while in pain. My progress plateaued and areas were addressed that were not affected or otherwise mentioned as areas of pain, injury or concern. When trying to establish where I could receive competent medical treatment, I, again was mostly ignored and only the monetary aspect of the case was given any significance. If your grand recovery is priority, if efficiency and time frames as well as your legal team meeting expectations they set forth, or anything similar is important to you, then I definitely do not recommend this law firm at all. They will also prolong and give resistance when attempting to terminate them as your legal team so that you can proceed with a better fit

I've only dealt with m Mich ael b from this law firm and have found him to be the best. Due to my husband's health, we had fallen way behind on our house payments. I met with Michael and he was very nice and compassionate. He stopped my mortgage company from taking our home away. Since the filing of my case, he has helped me every step of the way and has not let me down. He understands the issues I have been going through. I recommend him to anybody that needs his help!
