I can empathesize with every 1 star review on here. Like them I'd give them 0 stars if i could. Notice how all of the 4 and 5 star reviews are very superficial and lack real detail. I was rear ended in September 2022 and have only spoken to the office twice without me calling them, 1st when they came out to my home to discuss the case and 2nd when they needed information for my paperwork. The first time is the only time I've seen it talked to the actual lawyer. As someone else explained, they do send you a letter stating that you should not expect much communication because they are working on handling the case. Well after almost 2 years since my accident, I have received no real updates unless I called and when I do, they basically tell me not to call anymore and they'll call me. Since this was my first experience working with a lawyer, I trusted them and have only called once every few months so you would think I was calling like every week or something. After all of this time, my car was totalled and I ended up owing the car loan. Now they're telling me that they keep receiving offers so low for the medical part of my injury that it may not even cover the medical bills. They're saying that we all may need to go to court but I'm on the verge of looking for another lawyer because I don't even trust that they'll fight for my case when they know barely anything about me. So far, worse experience and several of my friends have gotten into car accidents over the last couple of years and have received substantial settlements, which I wasn't even asking for. All I'm asking is that the expenses that I incurred be taken care of. Why should I come out of my own pocket when I was the one rear ended???

Terrible and very unprofessional. Went a year and a half with no communication. Would not return any phone calls. Once statue of limitations were almost up all he offered was to settle saying it wasn't worth taking to court. I lost my 12 year old son to a illegal unlicensed Mexican.

Was considering bankruptcy and most attorneys would have advised to file and take the money. However, after talking to Michael Berryman, it appeared that there may be other options. His knowledge of the laws surrounding bankruptcy were impressive and the time he took with me (unpaid) was the most valuable of any attorney I have spoken with. I would recommend him and his firm in all cases they handle.

My husband was referred here for an accident he was in a year ago. The attorney didn’t fight for his case nor for his lost wages. My husband was told he would get 2/3 of whatever money they get from insurance for claim settlement which was a lie because the attorney did receive the money but never called my husband to let him know. He was also told they would fight to just his lost wages paid and honestly we think they didn’t even fight for his case because he didn’t get his lost wages paid. We been on and off calling back & forth for over a year and a month now trying to get what’s worth to my husband but no luck.

Tommy Carter is the best attorney to work with. So is his assistant Michael. They hit it out of the park for me. I would recommend them to everybody.

Michael Berryman went farther and beyond helping me with my bankruptcy issues from over 11 years ago. A young lady hit me in my truck that was in my bankruptcy from 2013. I found out the hard way that the dealership still had a lien on my truck. Even though Michael wasn't working for the firm at the time I did my bankruptcy, he made phone calls, emails and helped me through the process of getting my title to my truck.
