This is the best Attorney that I had hired for my accident, and you can trust on them on what they are doing and I really recommend this firm for your accident.

Worst decision I have ever made. The staff is lazy! I emailed all my bills twice, both times they were “lost” . I had to take time off work to hand deliver the copies. I would call and was told “they are not at their desks and they will call me back” well they never did. I was also advised to pay my medical bill out of pocket, (“because it would be easier for them” well a year later they settled my case paid the chiropractor and the hospital, but shorted me $500 ( for medical bills I paid) and did not get compensation for pain and suffering.

The worst decision I made after my accident was to hire David Kohm and Associate. This incompetent "law firm" lost my case due to laziness. In the worst case of luck in my life thus far, I had two accidents about a month apart. I was hurt in one, so I was pressured into hiring them from a chiropractor I went to see. The guy who came to sign me up assured me that they would get the offending party to pay for my medical care since I Was rearended. He assured me that it would be a slam dunk case. Long story short, this lazy and incompetent team lost my case. The other part simply said that they didn't rearend me. Apparently, I was stopped at a red light and the offending party said I backed up (mind you I had a child in the car). Who backs up in the street during rush hour traffic. It makes no sense. I decided to deal directly with the other case myself because I was not hurt. I only had property damage. It was not easy. It took LOTS of phone calls, emails, following up and LOTS of advocacy for myself and my assertions about the accident. But, when it was all said and done, I won the case and got my repairs handled by the offending party. So, the case that I handled myself, I won. The case I naively handed off the David Kohm and associates, I lost. The staff always had lame excuses for not following up. I have requested a copy of my file over 10 times. My last interaction with the office I was told it would be mailed. So, I know you're wondering. Do I have a copy of my files? Hell to the no. This lying, lazy and incompetent staff never sent me the information in my own file. I don't know HOW this guy's license to practice law hasn't been revoked. He's out here really doing shady business. I sincerely regret hiring this firm. It was a royal waste of time, energy and I lost a case that I was honestly not in the wrong for. Lucky for the person who hit me, I was naive enough to hire an incompetent firm and LOST the case. In reviewing the few positive reviews of this firm, it's quite obvious that they are paid posts. It's obvious that the negative reviews are honest former clients explaining how this incompetent firm messed up their life. If you want to lose big, hire these fools.

NEVER AGAIN !!! I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING A HARD TIME WITH THIS FIRM SINCE THE BEGINING!!! I was in a car accident 2 years ago and still having to call them everyday jus to find out what's going on. You bearly get a chance to speak with the person handling your case , seems like they're always on a lunch break smh. Then when you do get to speak to them , it's always the same thing .To me these people are lazy. Jus about a month and a half ago (2 yrs later) I called and asked them to basically try harder to get ahold to the other drivers insurance company so I can settle. Three days later they were sending me a text a sign for my selttlement but still waiting on my check 3 1/2weeks later. And after reading other reviews it seem like this is the typical way they treat their car accident cases . It's bad when you feel like u could of done better without a lawyer.
