The staff here is ridiculous, I had to call in on a weekly basis and continuously remind them to do simple tasks. The office returns maybe only a fourth of the messages left with the from desk. Staff conveniently seemed to take lunch breaks well over hour long breaks throughout the day. Had to physically show up to the office regularly for them to complete the case. I felt like I should've been receiving an hourly wage myself with how much effort I had to invest. Worst legal experience of my life.

Shannon was amazing and she was very helpful with my case. Everyone before her I can’t say the same. She answers your questions and goes over and beyond to make sure she gets you updates as needed. I experienced first hand what she had to go though dealing with the adjuster that handled my claim but she got it done. She was a great and such sweetheart! You can hear her smile through the phone. It’s been many of times where I would be having a bad day but she would have that changed by the end of the call. Shannon thank you for everything. She was a blessing.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. Please don't use them they had my case for 14 months, never followed up on calls I was in 4 car accident my BMW 2012 was total loss not my fault. It took them 14 mos to get 2.000 leave me with Bills lie to me constantly and no car 🚗 stay away from these c crooks
