Everyone is so nice and helpful. Cassandra was very helpful and made sure I understood everything.

If they don't see free money, they will drop your case... they will at first say they will do everything, just there for people's money that's all, my father got an accident someone hit him and their car had insurance but the person driving didn't have insurance because they were living in the same household but it wasn't on the policy so there insurance declined it so we wanted to file a lawsuit against them but this firm figured it wasn't going to be easy money so they dropped the case and sent me letter saying I should look for another attorney, simple explanation money hungry, not even willing to help, litterly type up a letter and send to the peope who hit my car but it's waist of time for them, do your self a favor go somewhere where they care about the clients and not the money,

I haven't had the best time dealing with this firm the communication is awful. I'm so mad at myself that I didn't read the reviews before doing business with this group. I can't get these ppl to call me for nothing! No updates, no returned phone calls, you pretty much have to just show up at the office to get information. The only calls I received voluntarily from these folks is when I missed my therapy appointments. That obviously messes with their money, so they call for that. I'm so annoyed as a consumer in this stupid capitalistic society, that "law firm companies" have a one size fits all approach to injury claims. Man people lives are altered and this treatment from these firms, damn sure make matters worse. I hope these ppl wake up and communicate more with their clients.

Communication is terrible!!! My calls are never returned and I am a client. Not one person has bothered to reach out to me with any update on my case in 10 months. Very unprofessional. Im ready to change attorneys.

They started out like they would do a good job, then down hill. They don't return calls or update you on the status of the case. The statute of limitations is almost up on my case, and they are sitting around waiting on a unresponsive insurance company. Not aggressive at all.

Faun was very friendly and patient with me. She answered all my many questions and helped me feel at ease regarding my divorce. I really felt like she was looking out for my interests. I am grateful for all your help on my case. I would recommend Faun and this firm to all.

I dealt with Brandy Musick and Michael Berryman regarding a Ch. 13 Bankruptcy. They made me feel at home, relaxed and relieved about filing. I was afraid I was going to lose my home and Brandy helped me tremendously in our time of need. Her reassurance, smile and beautiful personality made this terrifying experience bearable. I wish I could leave her and this firm 10 stars.
