I am writing this review for my husband who dealt with the headache of a car accident for over 2 years with this Law office and Accident and Injury Clinic. Obviously, they are in cahoots with each other to prifit the most. After all the time spent and trauma of an accident, he even hit his head in the accident!, he walked away with $1800 and the lawyer and clinic received 10,000 EACH. So we are talking 22000 settlement and injured party received 8%. In what alternate universe does the person injured walk away with the left over crumbs. Neither the lawyer nor the clinic would have had any money if it wasn't for his misfortunate incident. It's completely shameful.

Missy,Micheal, and David is running the biggest attorney scam you can image every review and client has repeatedly explained they will trick you. First they say the insurance company offer was low they need time to send depends and wait hopefully take it to trial. Then they prolong the case for 2 +years to throw you off. Once it’s complete they take the money saying you owe fees . The attorney and chiropractor work together to bring in clients to profit both business they are not here to help but God Bless them for the karma too come

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR INJURY! CHOOSE ANY OTHER PLACE BUT David Kohm Associates. Very Bad Experience. I regret so very badly going with this Association and wish I would have gone with anybody else sooner. They take so long to settle your case and give the run around. Mine is still not even settled and it's almost been 2 years since my accident. They want you to settle your case with whatever offer gets thrown so they don't have to file a lawsuit to take it to court to do actual work in defending their client. I had told them that I wanted to proceed with the lawsuit because the offer was insulting of $2,000 for me when I truly went and currently am going through pain and suffering. I truly genuinely believe not one actual person does work for their client that they take a cut from. After almost 2 years they said, "they don't have enough evidence for my case to be took to court". I reassured them that I had all the evidence that I could send them, and they still said it wouldn't be enough. I have to call every single time to get an update or to keep my case moving and even after all that, they still offered me such a low amount that I would get back when I'm the one that went through the pain, would probably be dead if I didn't make it out of that, had my SUV completely totaled by the careless 18-wheel driver, was in current search for a job which makes it so much harder to find/ get one, and still have to deal with any pains as I continue to age. After getting hit by a careless 18-wheeler driver, I expected to have actual medical work done on me. This Association sends you to a therapy which is nothing but stretching. I was in so much pain after my accident by not having the proper support from actual doctors who would have run all the tests. They don't listen. All I received in them "helping me" was stretches I could have literally done at home and an x-ray. The medication they gave me did nothing. I cried every night from the pains and was very overwhelmed. I still ache and am stiff on my upper back. They need to do better or close down this firm. NEVER AGAIN. I'll keep my reviews updated.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we got from Michael B and Brandy. We had to file for Bankruptcy five years ago and when we met and spoke with Brandy, she made us feel better about the hard decision we had to make about filing in the first place and went straight to work on our case. Michael B. was who we actually dealt with through the whole thing. He was very patient with us and explained everything to us to where we could understand.
