I had been trying to figure out how my husband could get his diligent participation reviewed for state jail for almost a month, to no avail. About four months ago, i got pulled over and charged a misdemeanor for having hydrocodones on me. Once i was in jail and saw a judge, the laws had thrown a bullshit charge on me- Fraudulent Use of Possessing Identification.
