We have a small real estate company and Mr. Miller's law firm does our legal work. Mostly contracts and evictions and an occasional LLC. Not once has he let us down. Great communication and fair pricing. I would highly recommend.

I used James to mediate the sale of my grandfather's house. Everything was going smoothly but 3 days before closing we ran into some major problems. It seemed that when my grandmother passed 12 years ago she did not explicitly leave her portion of the estate to my grandfather. James spent 12 hours on Saturday and Sunday the weekend before we were supposed to close to work everything out, including getting several of my grandmother's children to agree to give their portion of the house they owned by law to my grandfather so he could sell it. He went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a lawyer and a person and he genuinely cared about us as his clients. He was also at the actual closing going over documents from the real estate company before we had to sign them to make sure everything was ship shape. We could not have done the process without James in our corner and he did an amazing job. His price was very reasonable, especially considering all the extra work that he did near the end working well until past midnight on the weekend before we closed. I would definitely recommend Mr. Miller to any of my friends and family. He has earned our trust and loyalty for many years to come.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was quick. Mr. Miller was "to the point " and did not waste time---therefore keeping billable hours in line. He was able to negotiate and save money for our matter. Highly recommend this attorney and would use him again!

No experience, poor communication and terrible billing process. His lack of experience cost us more money than expected and we had to go hire a new attorney for our case. Our new attorney had plan of action and case won in 6 months. We had James for a year and a half of which he was nothing more that a paper pusher. His communications were lacking and never got clear status or direction from him which was due to his lack of experience! His billing process was hit and miss and never provided details of what he actually did. We wasted a lot of money with him and would strongly advise to not waste your time with him.
