Being a new business owner, I began searching for a corporate attorney. I had no previous experience with this and did not know where to begin. After a recommendation from a friend and colleague, I contacted Mr. Zokaie. From beginning to end, Mr. Zokaie walked me through each process step by step until I understood everything thoroughly completely. He always responded to my questions within 24 hours (and I had A LOT). There was a small amount of money left from my retainer after his services were complete, and without me even asking, he walked me through the billing information and refunded me the difference. (I didn't even know I was entitled to that). Thank you Mr. Zokaie for being so thorough, professional, honest and patient with me and my staff.
