I have had consultations with Brandy on two separate occasions. Both times, she has been great. She is understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable. She is skilled at getting to the meat of the topic.

It was horrible - three weeks wasted with no progress, only to be told they wouldn't represent my case anymore. Justin Woods was rude, aware of my desire for a seamless and timely resolution and still procrastinated.

After reviewing my final, signed decree, this firm still missed more errors that I can count. If they expected me in the hardest moments of my life to be responsible for catching when it should "petitioner" or "respondent" then WHY did I pay them over $7,000!? Do not use this firm, as other people have stated the wait time, lack of responses unless it's about payment and complete coldness to the process does not make this worth any amount.

Well, I am seeking an attorney with a “limited scope representation” and God lead me to this lawfirm. I been operating Pro Se and although the Defendant’s motions for summary judgment & motion to dismiss were denied; proceeding further I wanted legal guidance to ensure my filings were procedurally correct going forward. Drafting pleadings and motions I don’t mind doing at all. The only hiccup I thought they had a Dallas office downtown; but that only momentarily delayed me signing up for limited scope representation only.

The legal team did a great job on my deceased Mother’s probate case. I highly recommend this firm for probate and estate matters and would use them again.

Brandi helped me with a matter right after she first opened up. She done a great job thing she said to me when I first talk to her I asked her if she was afraid of Wise County co-op she made the remark. I’m not afraid of anyone. She tackled Walmart And beat them. I think she’s a very good attorney and I would use her again if I have the need five stars is really not enough.

If you don't mind waiting indefinitely for your settlement, being ignored for months, and surprise fees on your bill, then this is the attorney's office for you. My experience began after a car accident in January 2022 in which an uninsured unlicensed motorist ran a yellow light and totaled my car. Several people recommended Brandy Austin..but my experience has been nothing but disappointing. Communication with this office doesn't exist. Several times my physical therapy was put on hold for weeks at a time while we waited for the attorney's approval...and it was almost always me who had to call the attorney's office multiple times just to get them to follow up with my physical therapist. I was constantly lied to about being called back...and after a week I would have to call back again. It took an entire year after my physical therapy ended for an attorney to contact me about the settlement. He made it sound like they wouldn't take this to court and the offer the insurance provided was the best option. I was told that the rest of the process wouldn't take anytime at all...a few weeks later they received the settlement check from the other party. Now 7 months later...I have yet to receive anything. Each time I contact the office I'm told the attorney is out, on lunch, or "will call me back". Through their document portal I can see a Final Settlement Statement that has been the same since January...and somehow after the 33.33333% Attorney Fee (which they absolutely do not deserve), I'm being charged over $700 in additional fees. One such fee being the certified police report I had to furnish myself! At this point I'm assuming the worst and filing a complaint with the State Bar of Texas. I just hope no one else has to experience this level of professionalism again.

She didn’t want to be my lawyer cause of the lies she heard about me. I told her it wasn’t true she said I’m not here to argue but I can’t represent you due to what Aulsbrook had said about me.
