I hired Brandy Austin Law Firm in 2018 to represent me in my divorce. I never imagined I would have wasted so much time, and over $23,000 with this law firm for them to accomplish absolutely nothing in the 2 years that they had my case. The first issue was the amount of attorneys that picked up my case... I dealt with 5 different attorneys during this time. The first attorney never filed my temporary orders correctly, which cause more fees, and court cost due to this law firm never following through with the correct filing. The next few attorneys hardly did anything at all, but charged me over and over to get “caught up” on my case details. Oh, and guess what - each time they changed attorneys... there goes another fee for them to file to list someone new. At your expense!!! Finally after all of this Brandy herself took over my case, and ensured me that she would handle it until the end. Well guess what, she didn’t. She passed it over to the next attorney who wanted to once again charge me 5k just to get caught up on my case. Honestly, save your money and don’t waste your time here. They are scamming people out of their money with no follow through on their end. I finally was able to get a attorney who is consistent and is not trying to rip me off from every dollar possible.

Brandy will email you when a payment is ready. Her team is absolutely trash. I can tell the team I had is no longer with her firm. Go figure. I was involved with family and civil with this firm. They were absolutely terrible with everything. The only thing they were good at was emailing for payment. Lawyers were terrible. Didn’t care. Always had to tell them the same notes over and over again. Brandy the top dog was supposed to represent me. She didn’t and she probably won’t for you. It’s all talk. She/her firm cares about money and money only. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. EVER.

Overall, I was very happy with the work & dedication of all involved with my case. The only criticism I have is I would've liked to have been informed more as things developed. I had to call regularly to know what was going on. Otherwise everyone was professional and pleasant to work with.

Brandy Austin Law Firm is amazing. The whole staff is amazing and are always there when I need them. They are handling my family child support and they are working hard. Emily and Samantha are always there responding to emails. Even if it is the next day. I always get a reply back. They have really been there for me even at 9pm at night or on a Saturday or even Sunday they have talked to me. They are very professional and make you feel at home. You honestly feel like family they are a great support system. Not one of them have been rude or disrespectful. Nor have I EVER EVER felt that I was not important. Or that they were in a rush with my case. Highly highly recommend them!!!!

By far the worst experience ever! Umm They made me feel like I should’ve never even went in to sue anyone. God and Karma will get those that wrong you. This was a huge waste to me and the outcome I didn’t win a thing really. They took the whole check really. So I would say make sure you pick a law firm that’s not all about money, but more so into what’s right for you. They are all about money and what they can gain. I agreed to the settlement and it’s been over a month and I haven’t heard. Word! But soon as I was saying no or not agreeing to the payout or terms. I received calls daily! Now I’m fighting to get a response.

After spraining my knee in June of 2019 Brandy Austin Law took care of me. They kept up with follow ups, communicated what they needed from me and found a good chiropractor for rehab of my knee. I really appreciate what they have done for me.
