I not only recommend attorney Richard Eldredge, but I guarantee once you have used his service you too will look no further. He responds in a timely matter, he is a very knowledge, and a trustworthy person. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you. I used his firm a few years ago, he is a wonderful attorney I could not have been happier! I highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience with a previous attorney in the DFW area. That attorney was the owner of a small firm and worked by himself. He was also a Mechanical Engineer. The patent application that he wrote was rejected. I found Mr. Eldredge and discussed the case with him. Mr. Eldredge amended my application to get it allowed. Now, I have a patent! Could not be more excited. We highly recommend the firm for patent and trademark work.

Although I did not start with Richard’s team (I fired two before him) – I ended up with his team and I am very proud to say I am being awarded my first patent. Unless you plan to pay a house payment per hour on attorney fees, I believe that collaborative ties with your attorney help ensure your success. Richard’s team has been very accommodating, has been the most responsive law firm I have ever worked with, and I consider his team a permanent fixture in my arsenal. That is why I have hired Richard for several other jobs (filed a Notice of Allowance, CIP, 2nd US patent, PCT and trademark). It has been a pleasure working with the Eldredge Law Firm for a litigation case that I once thought wouldn’t win. The staff here is very professional and knowledgeable about everything they do. I got to know Richard while working with him at his home on a deck and an incredible swing set for his kids- The play area has multiple types of swings a climbing tower with a long slide and even a zip line! Richard is an honest, hard working, religious and dedicated family man!
