I reached out to Brandi to discuss the divorce process. She was very helpful - and discussed with me the pros and cons of some of the choices I had to make - things that I might not have considered. Her assistance made a big difference and I believe saved me a lot of future problems related to custody of my children.

Brandi was an excellent attorney to have represented me! A simple child support case ballooned into a two year fiasco, and Brandi was there for me! Her competent skills and knowledge helped keep me calm and composed throughout the case. Her insight into family law, and willingness to dig deeper, was much appreciated. After meeting for the first consultation I felt like I had made a sound decision for my legal representation. Through the proceedings I always knew what to expect, and was kept well informed. Although not everything goes the way you want it too, or you may not agree with a specific recommnedation, I was prepared for all the possible outcomes so that there was never a surpirse. Ms. Underwood is knowledgeable, confident and composed. She kept me informed and gave me hope when I was hopeless. I feel she is well versed in the ins and outs of all aspects of the Collin County court system. Her staff, especially Donna Swallow, was always polite and helpful.
