I found Kell when randomly searching for an employment attorney in Austin. It was a shot in the dark, but what a find! I don't even know where to start because I have so many favorable things to say about Kell. As soon as I had my first chat with him about my potential case, I felt confident he would easily become a trusted advisor and was pleased he was able and willing to work with me. He's honest, a great communicator, very responsive, easy to talk to, extremely well-versed in his field, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so. You'd be hard pressed to find a better attorney for your employment case.

Mr Simon's was very personal. Took time to look at my case and was straight up with me. Even tho he was very busy with other cases and could not take mine do to time limit on my case, would very highly recommend him.

I contacted a dozen of attorneys about a possible employment dispute. I was quite frustrated that no attorney would tell me straight away if I had a legal case or not without having me pay up to $350 for an one-hour consultation. That was until I contacted Kell Simon’s office. Kell called me back the same day. After listening to my story for a few minutes, over the phone, Kell told me that I did not have a legal case, he also gave me very good suggestions on my next steps. All for 15 minutes or so, without charging me a penny! Do not get me wrong, I am more than willing to pay fairly for an attorney and his/her service if I pursue a legal case. I just resent that so many attorneys would not tell me whether I have a legal case or not, until having me pay $350 for a consultation?! It made me feel that those attorneys were after my $ regardless, that does not instill trust. Through this brief interaction with Kell, his professional candor, honest advice and his attitude of acting in the best in a potential customer made a deep impression on me. He is a rare exception. Trust goes a long way in any professional work relationships. If I ever need the relevant legal services, without doubt, Kell Simon would be my # 1 choice to consider. Thank you, Kell! Y
