Aaron Allison took my case after a chiropractor who was assigned by the state of Texas as the "Designated Doctor" gave me a MMI and Impairment Rating. What was so mind boggling was that I was still in physical therapy for my shoulder when I had to see him. I suffered a torn rotator cuff on the job but the chiropractor who is not a MD wrote in his report that I do not need surgery to repair my shoulder (he claimed it was a shoulder strain) even though my physician (an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in elbow and shoulder surgeries and approved by the insurance company) had made it clear I was a candidate for surgery. Mr. Allison represented me from May of 2022 until November of 2022 when we went in front of a so-called "Administrative Law Judge" who works for the Texas Department of Insurance (Division of Workers' Compensation). Mr. Allison did everything and beyond to prove my case. We had all the documentation including the MRI results that I had to pay for. I really felt good after the hearing because we proved everything beyond the shadow of doubt. However, the administrative judge took the recommendation of a chiropractor (who never looked at the MRI results) over my physician who happens to be an expert and specialist in elbow and shoulder orthopedics for The Carrell Clinic who happens to perform surgeries for the Dallas Cowboys. Mr. Allison had warned me from the very beginning that Texas' Workers' Compensation Law is perhaps the worst in the nation when he took up my case. Aaron will bend over backwards to help you anyway he can. His knowledge of the Workers' Compensation law is second to none as far as I am concerned. He gave my wife and I the history and structure of Texas' Workers' Compensation Law and answered pretty much all our questions before we even asked him. He was always available when I had any questions and he made me feel at ease. He may not like this description of him but I told him he really is a crusader for the working people and it's a shame there aren't more like him. DO NOT USE FOR WORKERSCOMP CASE ! save your $. I can honestly say from my experience that he did absolutely nothing on my case. Don't fall for his 2 hr long speech about how good he is and what all he can do for you. Every single hearing against the insurance blew up in his face. He tells you what you wanna hear, then drains all the $ he can get outta of you! Then he will comly with draw him self from your case when he sees there's mo more $ he can shake outta you. Basically paid him thousands to keep my hopes ups , because all I got in return was alot of talk . All he does is call you and reads the same letter that the insurance sends to you 2 days after you receive it. Lol 😆 literally plays the part like if he's doing something productive for you! Trust me , don't let my experience be yours as well. I can gladly fill you in if you have any questions . Obviously me sharing this shows how serious I'm being about waring others about this shady snake ! Oh yeah he's charging you 200$ a hr while you sit & listen to him for 2 or 3 hrs about how good and knowledgeable he is. 😆 hes a weak joke and a legal thief !!! You've been warned!! He wouldn't remove himself from my case leaving me unable to dispute my impairment rating. DO NOT THIS GUY

I was referred to Aaron Allison by another law firm due to the complexities of having both a personal injury and worker’s comp claim to navigate.
