I called Susan to help with my case since she is listed on my legal plan with Hyatt Legal Services. After speaking with her for 2 days she passed me on to her assistant Melissa. Melissa was very rude and degrading once she found out I had an insurance plan with Hyatt Legal that they were contracted with and told me they no longer took "Chapter 13". I asked to pay for it out of pocket but they refused. I found out later that if they knew I was with Hyatt Service Plans they would be penalized for taking outside cases. It would have been nice to know two weeks ago when I started speaking with them about my case. This has now put me in a very bad situation.

Words cannot describe how good Susan is, She's a smart and a wonderful lady, an intelligent attorney who knows exactly what her clients needs. After 4 years struggling with bills and financial issues I looked for a good attorney online and Susan was the first name came up, I read all the reviews which encouraged me to go to her and end up my struggle. She's very welcoming and understanding, when I told her about my situation she knew what I needed. She also gave me discount because of my financial situation. I'm still out of words don't know what to say about Susan. She's the best to trust she's also very respectful and kind. I highly recommend Susan and her staff if you need help in bankruptcy don't wast time with other attorneys in Austin just be confident to go to Susan and you'll be happy and free of financial problems. No matter how many times I say thanks to her it won't be enough. Wow! What a wonderful experience in the most difficult times of our lives. Susan was caring, professional and on top of what we needed. Who would ever have thought such a messy time could be made better by an attorney who's a class act and knows her stuff. Don't go to anyone else. She's the best!

Joe is the best in Austin! He was extremely helpful and VERY accessible (he responds to emails and calls immediately)! If you are looking for someone to represent you or your family, Joe will deliver experience and results. You do not have to dial a 1-800 number or talk to someone's assistant. He makes your case personal, and you deal directly with him. Service is his priority. He is also a great, friendly guy. The advice he gave us was as genuine and honest as it gets.
