Whoever is in office right now, the SENIOR Paralegal! Extremely rude. I wasn’t asking for any legal advice I had a simple question regarding the minimum amount of debt if I was looking to file bankruptcy chapter 7, and she was being short and rude and hung up on me with an attitude. You’d think the senior paralegal would have manners. I’ve seen great reviews and that is why I initially reached out. I’m appalled and disgusted with her attitude. Hopefully I’d be able to speak with SOMEONE ELSE. Update** I just called another law office and they were perfectly fine with letting me know their minimum amount to file as it isn’t legal advice just general information. I will be filing with them!

The attorneys and staff at this firm were extremely courteous, professional and helpful. I made the online inquiry with knots in my stomach at even having to consider Chapter 13 or Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but they put my mind at ease and helped me find the best solution for my issue. Excellent demeanor, would absolutely recommend for any repossession or delinquent bill issues.

I can’t say enough about Susan and her associates. Eight years ago I was forced into a bankruptcy from a credit card judgment. I fortunately called Susan first in search of a bankruptcy lawyer. They worked with me and got me through the entire process that as hard as it is to declare, the relief was amazing. They took me through the bankruptcy professionally and personally. Now to the present, we are selling our house and come to find out that the company and lawyer that forced me to declare put a judgment lien on my house. As you can imagine I totally flip when the realtor told me. I then decided to call Susan, hoping she was still in practice, she answered the phone on a Sunday night and again calmed me down and explained it is not an issue and cannot be enforced. So if there was a six star I would mark it. Please contact Susan and her firm, it will be one of the best decision you will make on top of a hard decision. John O

I am able to financially restart my life because of Susan and her angels. Debt can be very depressing and take a hold of your life. Life happens and takes you through dark paths and tunnels. Well, my dark tunnel had a light at the end of it. When I got to that light, it was Susan and her team standing there with non-judgmental open arms. Thank all of you so much for helping me get my life back on the right path.
