Charlie with Smith & Vinson was amazing! He took my dad’s case and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He spoke to my dad with care and respect and made sure he understood everything going on. I really do appreciate Charlie and his attention to detail and his support through this time. I would definitely recommend this firm to others!

Kevin's reviews speak for themselves. I had a possession case and an unlawful carry of a firearm that was over two years old and it had already been dismissed once and then been reopened another year later so it really threw me for a surprise I didn't know what to do my life depended on not having the consequences of those since my life had dramatically changed for the better. I did a little research looked up different attorneys in the area and when I seen Kevin's reviews I knew I had to call him. The whole process was super easy and my cases got dismissed I didn't have to do anything but work hard and make sure I paid Kevin. Luckily I had a good month and it was easy for me but for other people you can't put a price on your freedom and Kevin knows that and he will work with you. There's not too many moments where I put my entire rest of my life and someone else's hands but after this first experience with Kevin I can honestly say I trust him with my life and I believe anyone who works with him can also do the same

If you are looking for a criminal defense attorney… look no further. Kevin is extremely professional, thorough, and responsive. He alleviated alot of mental stress throughout the process of my case (misdemeanor criminal mischief), which ultimately got dismissed. His consultation is very straightforward and informative and his communication is excellent. He put together a great plan for me to execute prior to my initial court date and I only had to appear in court once out of 4 total court days. Even with video evidence, a police report, an arrest, a criminal background and an angry plaintiff stacking against me… Kevin pushed and with restitution paid, he got the case dismissed. I’m very thankful and I highly recommend Mr. Kevin Bennett. I have a daughter due in January and with this case behind me… I feel so much better.

Brent was diligent for 2 years in pursuing my case. I got in touch with him purely by chance, I was looking for somebody to respond to a motion filed against me and no other attorneys would even touch it. I called a state help line and Brent picked up. Brent not only took care of the motion filed against me, he filed some lawsuits of his own on my behalf and won me a good chunk of money. I have to say. I definately feel a bit gipped after using this firm. I paid 7k upfront for them to immediately try to send me to pretrial diversion, when we could have easily beat the case. He never even brainstormed fighting the case. Even when it was apparent the officer put substantial lies about my sobriety & behavior at the time of the stop on the affadavit. It was extremely apparent because i had them request body cam. I also had them request car cam, which they never did!! Completely ignored my request for car cam to prove the officer lied, because they wanted to send me to PTD. I even looked up the law i was pulled over for and confirmed with the attorney that I never even broke the stipulation i was pulled over for. Still just wanted to send me to PTD instead of even speak on my request to try the case. I NEVER had immediate contact with my attorney. Only to the secretary who can’t tell me anything about my case, and would just tell me to wait. Even when I had to speak about immediate concerns, I couldn’t. There was a time there was an important meeting and i tried to confirm my presence was required and where. The meeting ended before I heard anything from the firm, i only knew i was in the right place from the judges confirmation!! Which is ridiculous, because why did I pay 7k and deplete my savings for you to not be present to assist on matters pertaining to the case. Not once did they even think of actually trying the case. There were blantant lies on the affadavit from the arresting officer that he took to Magistrate for a warrant on me and it was extremely apparent. And, I feel like they didn’t fight for me, instead went for the quickest least labor intensive option for thenselves...

100/10 experience. I have never been in legal trouble in my life & after someone tried to hurt me, I warned local moms on a FB page.
