Kevin represented me through one of the most difficult experiences of my entire life, a DUI arrest. He was ultimately able to get the case dropped, and reduced to a speeding ticket (which will be dismissed in 90 days). Kevin responded immediately to all my questions, kept in constant communication, and went above & beyond what I assume any attorney would go through for a client. Intelligent, practical, and highly recommended.

Kevin has done an excellent job with my probation violations he went above and beyond and got the best results in both scenarios more then I had asked him to do. He is very responsive and takes his time to explain anything you have a question about. My only mistake was not hiring Kevin for the cases that had put me on probation in the first place.

Outcome of my casé was incredible.

I was arrested back in May of 2020 for a DWI. I read a lot of good reviews about Smith and Vinson Law Firm and decided to give them a try. They were always easy to get into contact to and I felt like they actually listened to what I had to say. Long story short they got all of my charges dropped by just doing a great job.

My attorney (Brad Vinson) from this firm, was able to resolve an older case, that recently popped up during a work background check. He did this long distance, as I live in Boston and the case was out of Austin, TX. It was a matter that I wasn't even aware of, from back in 2006, that had never come up before, in any other background check over the past 14 years? With my job in the balance and time of the essence, he was able to get all aspects of my case dismissed! My manager was informed, documents (of dismissal) were presented, and my job is now secure! Brad was pleasant to work with, and kept me informed throughout the process, which we all can agree, is so very important!... An easy 5 Star rating - well deserved!
