Abbey Ward is PHENOMENAL! As a first-time homebuyer in the middle of a global pandemic and competing in the crazy, fast-paced, and overwhelming Austin real estate market, I am so incredibly grateful Abbey was there to expertly guide me through every step of the process. She was so fast, kind, and responsive to all my many, MANY questions, gave excellent recommendations for a lender, home inspector, utilities service, and contractors that I’ve been very happy with, helped me navigate all the paperwork and made sure everything happened on time to meet quick deadlines, and I’m so appreciative she was encouraging and positive exactly when I needed it most. Not only was she amazingly proactive in finding exactly what I was looking for before it was even on the market, she actually managed to get me a tour of the home the evening before it was listed and then collaborated with Mark Strüb and Eric Pugatch to make sure my offer was exactly what it needed to be in order to be competitive and WIN me the bid on my dream home in my dream location! Where do I start? Justyn is everything I could ever want in a realtor. As a first time home buyer, we had a million questions and Justyn was always ready with answers, helpful context and background information, and market comparisons so we always had the full story. Extremely communicative and "on call," he was very responsive but also managed our expectations with kindness and humor. We had complete trust in him throughout the process. He's skeptical and discerning of flips, knows and communicates exactly what red flags to look for in home construction and design. The best part was making an offer - because he gets so competitive and fired up about winning. Overall, Justyn made what would normally be a stressful process fun, educational, exciting and rewarding. He's such a fun person to be around and we always looked forward to showings with him. We absolutely loved working with him and couldn't give a higher recommendation. Referrals are coming!!

1st time home buyer, new to the Austin area, and only in Austin part-time during my house hunt: I worked with Justyn and without him, who knows where I would be living right now. Alas, we closed on a perfect home in early March, making it through aggressive competition, and I could not be happier and more optimistic about my future in Austin. It is clear now, especially for a 1st-time buyer, that you need a full-service agency and dedicated agent and that's exactly what Strub was able to provide. If I had cut corners or gone for the bargain model that was offered to me along the way, I would not have landed in this neighborhood, I would not have been able to close on something with as much value and upside, and the level of stress and anxiety would have been too great. Working with Mark and Justyn was absolutely the best decision I made. --- I threw a lot at Mark and Justyn early on. I was relocating from the Bay Area and I could only be down here part-time. I also came in thinking I knew exactly what I was looking for only to change my mind several times along the way. Justyn was on top of everything the whole way. He provided research and perspective early on to help me better understand the market, neighborhoods, and to educate me on the finer details of the home buying process. Before we saw anything, he would stop by himself to make sure it was worth our joint time together (HUGE!). While I was away he did video tours of homes on our list (who does that!?). He worked hard to make sure we had private times to view homes so that we could focus. He was always available to chat, dig into something, or just listen to me think out loud. "You'll know when you walk in," is a cliche, but it is true. Once we found the house, Justyn was on it, making sure we had the leg up and using the whole team at Strub to ensure we looked at it from all angles. We were aggressive where we needed to be and tactful in some key areas that gave us the edge without increasing my costs. Ultimately, it was the time, effort, and great coaching that got me to the perfect home and neighborhood. I know I have a great resource here if anything comes up along the way or if I ever want to buy and/or sell in the Austin area again.

Mark Strüb and his team are very enthusiastic, quick to respond, follow through with what they say, and have lots of knowledge in this business. I have felt in great hands each time I've used them. Stewart Lane was just fantastic to work with. He was so knowledgeable, so patient, and so incredibly helpful at each step in the process. Any time I had a question or a request, he was always super responsive. I never felt like anything that I was looking for was too specific or that I was being too picky in the process. The whole way from showings to open houses to making an offer and closing were substantially easier than I ever would have thought they could be. I don't think I could possibly say enough good things about working with Stewart!

We've had an incredible experience with Strub - on both the buying and selling end. Every individual at the company has not only been efficient, but competent, easy to work with and personable. We whole heartedly feel like the entire company is run so efficiently and we felt guided and in the loop throughout the entire process. Our realtor, Eric Pugatch is the REAL DEAL. He was excellent during our buying transaction and as if he couldn't shine any brighter, he SOARED during the sale of our home. He literally took the project under his wing, coordinated everything we agreed to and got our home not only on the market, but we received an offer within a week. He was exceptional in honoring our budget, but was completely honest in what he needed as well. We felt a very trusting and respectful dynamic in working with him. I appreciated that he was candid about what things he needed from us to make it easier to sell our home at our asking price and he was also very up front about working with any limitations we had and how that would affect our sale. I felt he kept our expectations realistic. I genuinely believe that he, and everyone at Strub knows what they are doing and every single person has been there to guide us in the best way possible.
