This review is for Rosie Ochoa at Strub. I started out looking for a house to rent in Austin that would accommodate my large dog. I found Rosie as a leasing agent and she guided me through finding a house to rent in Austin. However, I had so much trouble finding a place to rent (I think having a large dog was a deterrent to getting places), that Rosie gently recommended that I might consider buying a place. I had great credit and some money saved, and she explained how there were places in my budget where I'd be paying the same amount for my mortgage and insurance every month as I'd be paying for the same houses I was looking to rent. It made sense to me and wasn't even an option I had considered. I'm so glad that she recommended it, even though I know it was in her best interest as well. She was always available to show houses and had a lot of patience with my pickiness. Our determination paid off, and after a month of looking, we found the perfect place for me, and $10k under budget. I'm so happy with the house and can't believe I'm a home owner. I would highly recommend Stewart Lane with Strüb Residential if you're looking to buy or sell your home in the Austin, TX area. Stewart recently helped me sell my previous home and buy another home. He did an amazing job with both transactions. It was my first time to sell a home and he really helped guide me through the whole process. Stewart responded quickly to all my emails and phone calls and he was always on time to our meetings. We were able to sell my previous home the first day on the market. For the next home, Stewart drove me around to look at several houses, I found one that I really liked, and he was able to help me get under contract on the home that I wanted...really hard to do in this competitive Austin market. Stewart proved that he is one of the best real estate agents in the Austin area and his team at Strüb Residential is excellent.

Also I’m a perfectionist and very demanding which he is too so its a great fit. We work together very well and also enjoy each others business ethics and sense of humor. Stew Lane @ Strub Residential.. This man is savvy, intelligent, efficient, deeply caring and 100% invested when it came down to the biggest transaction my wife and I made in 2019. This gentlemen executed the deal with care, patience, transparency and precision. I don’t recall how many rides we went on in search of our new home but he was in and never wavered regardless of the weather. His determination was relentless and his expert advice throughout was smart. You want and need Stew Lane on your side when ready to buy or sell property. Stuart Lane was awesome! He patiently showed us house after house even before we knew we were truly ready to make the change. He did a great job with the sale of our home. We were lucky to go into multiple offers on the first weekend while we were out of town. He handled everything for us without any problems. He then continued to drive us all over Austin to find the perfect home for us. Rain or shine Stew was there for us. We love our new home, and the great friendship we found in Stew.

Justyn LeFebvre was my first point of contact upon moving to the Austin area. Initially he helped me find a place to rent and when it was time to buy in the area, he helped me identify areas that were within my commute and price range. It took a while and I went back and forth trying to decide where and if I wanted a new build. He was super patient, realistic and truly listened to what I was looking for. Justyn guided me through the entire new home process including inspections and walk thrus. I absolutely recommend Justyn for anyone looking for a place in the Austin Area - he is genuine, straight forward and most of all, cares about what you're looking and works diligently to find the right fit for you and your family!

We chose to work with Ashley Jamieson of Strub Residential for a second time when selling our first home and buying our second. We had just as lovely an experience as we did the first time around! Ashley is always completely professional and invited us in for a formal presentation of how our home selling process could look relative to similar sales in the area. It was great to have this kind of attention even though we had worked with Ashley before- it reminded us of the work that she puts into making sure our experience as homeowners goes as smoothly as possible. Ashley's attention to detail ensured our property looked perfect when we officially put it on the market. Strub compiled professional photos and a fast facts binder for potential buyers that really made our property feel special. We sold our home at above asking price within a week! At the same time, Ashley brought us to see a number of properties that fit our interest when buying a second home and we ultimately found a perfect option in the neighborhood we wanted and at the perfect price point. We found the place more quickly than expected, but the timing of the sale of our home and move in to the next ended up working out very smoothly thanks to Ashley's help. Ashley's help in communicating with the builder of our new home was invaluable and we always felt like we could trust that everything would go the way we expected. She is direct and friendly and always available when needed. She checked in with us a few times after moving in and was so kind to give us a sweet housewarming gift as well. We would absolutely choose to work with Ashley again and will recommend her to anyone wanting to work with an experienced professional in buying or selling a home. She rocks, the end!

Got is 16% over asking.... can't beat that! My extended family has used them multiple times and been happy every time.

Sara R and Strüb were a huge help in finding our first home. We felt Sara went above and beyond for her clients and really took the time to listen to our concerns. She was very patient and answered all our questions no matter how ridiculous. She was always readily available and responded to us in a timely manner. We saw probably about 20-30 homes and re-saw 5 homes. Despite our indecisions at times she helped us get into a home in a perfect location.

Being a first time home buyer, the Austin market was very intimidating for me. Working with another agent from another firm a couple years back and after multiple bidding wars with no success, I took my frustrations and decided to take a break from house hunting.
