This was my first time selling a home, and I certainly couldn't have gotten it done without the help from Stewart Lane and his team at STRUB. From our initial meet with going over my goals, Stewart had it all laid out for me on what to expect and what was needed to be done to meet them. He had his own unique detailed plans on how to list and market my home to where it would get the best and most traffic and to have it ideally sold as quickly as possible. I knew early on I had made the right decision to go with Stewart, but to go into our first weekend of the home being listed, and by Monday morning having a contract; I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to represent me and my home. Stewart took pride in taking on the sale of my home, regardless of the sales price. Stewart's attention to detail and experience was certainly the reason for the outcome of my sale. If anyone is looking for a great person to act as their realtor, and to know that their own interest are met first; then Stewart and his team at STRUB will provide that, and MORE. Stewart was awesome and I really think that he didn’t care if he had to show us 1000 homes, so long as we found the one that we thought was perfect for us. And of course we did. He was knowledgeable, honest, And patient. Definitely will be using him for our next home buying and selling experience.

We worked with Eric Pugatch and had a great experience! We were relocating from out of state so I worked with Eric over the phone to narrow things down before we came into town for a whirlwind trip. I was comfortable with Eric sending me properties and me narrowing them down myself but on a few I needed more input and he was very helpful. Since things move fast in Austin (they seriously do!) he offered to go look at the homes and FaceTime or text me pictures which was nice. It's stressful to buy a home, it's even more stressful to buy a home when you are out of state and have only a few days in town to find something and make an offer but working with Eric took a lot of the stress away. He has a very calm personality which is great when house hunting and he isn't pushy at all. He is genuinely such a nice guy and makes you feel so comfortable and I think he truly wants you to find a house you love and cares about what he does. Even on the homes he knew would get multiple offers he would let me know but when he saw I wasn't sold yet he didn't push which I really appreciated. He was a great sounding board to bounce ideas and concerns off of. My husband literally told me to call Eric (not a family member or a friend but Eric!) so he could talk me off the ledge when I was freaking out during the process haha We will for sure use Eric again and highly recommend him!

I have worked with several real estate agents in the past, both as a buyer and a seller, and I have never been so impressed as with Mark and his incredible team at Strüb Residential. Tremendous expertise, with above-and-beyond service! They did an amazing job preparing our house for sale, organizing all of the bids and service calls. I have never seen anything like it! I can't say enough about the way that the team at Strüb (Mark, Sierrah, Kristina, and Catherine) coordinated everything with incredible speed, dedication, and attention to detail. It was truly astounding. If you are selling a house in Austin, I can't recommend the team at Strüb highly enough. They know the market, they are wonderful to work with, and they will go the extra mile to take care of everything 200%. You will be in good hands!

Our agent, Justyn, was amazing to work with. Even though my roommate and I were only looking for a house to rent, we had very tight selection criteria. Justyn was constantly providing us with new properties and adjusting his selections based on our feedback. He always made himself available, even when we contacted him at odd hours of the morning and night. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars.

Mark and his team were so helpful with finding a house for our family relocating from out of state. We found a couple places that we liked when we were in town visiting, but they both went into escrow before we had a chance to get our financing completed to make an offer. A couple weeks after we left, Mark found a place that pretty much nailed everything we were looking for and stayed aggressive with our offer until we got the price down $25,000 from asking. Being from out of state, there were a ton of details that made it hard for us, but Mark wen out of his way to help with the process. He went in person to the house multiple times to take photos and videos, we got us in touch with contractors to make sure we could do all the upgrades we wanted after closing, and he even helped us arrange some of the early stages of our renovation after closing. Mark was so incredible helpful and responsive and worked around the clock to keep in touch with us throughout the process and make the whole process as fast and easy as possible. The Stub team will definitely be our go to realtor for any future real estate transactions in the Austin area!

Mark and his team are truly exceptional. Justin helped my husband and I find a home on short notice and he worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect fit for our budget and our needs! He also took the time to get to know us personally and made the moving process as effortless as possible! I highly recommend Justin, as well as the rest of the Strub team. Mark Strub also assisted my mother in purchasing several investment properties in Austin, and he even helped in moving some furniture when we needed to get it ready for showing! Everybody I’ve worked with here goes above and beyond in helping their clients and I will definitely be using them when the time comes for future real estate ventures!!

If we could give Stewart ten stars instead of five, we would! It was amazing working with him, and he was very conscientious and very knowledgeable about where we were in the selling process and where we needed to get to. The details: We were putting a huge, 30 year old house in Georgetown up for sale, and honestly we needed a lot of advice. Property values in the area had gone up and a lot of our neighbors had sold their houses, and done some renovations and etc. We had a very specific budget we wanted to meet and it was important to us that we not overspend on renovating and not get results. Stewart was there right off to answer all of our questions. He gave us really solid advice on what to work on, and what to skip. He came out to check out our progress and handled everything so that all we needed to worry about was the remodel. When we needed a paint person, a tile person, a cleanup person and all that stuff, we checked out the people Stewart recommended and they all worked out great. They did the work, at budget and on time and did really high quality work. After open houses and when other realtors came by, Stewart gave us feedback and helped us really fine tune what we needed to change. Stewart’s knowledge of the market and vast experience made his estimates very accurate, so we spent what we wanted to spend and sold the house for what we wanted to get, and best of all it happened in the timeframe Stewart had given us. That kind of experience is really hard to come by and we’ve had experiences, both residential and commercial over the years, with other realtors and we’ve never had as good an experience as we did with Stewart. It’s been almost a year since then (I’m so late writing this review Stewart, I’m sorry!) but the time is sometimes good for reflection, and honestly we’re still 110% pleased with how smoothly things went. 10/5 stars!
