I recently bought my first house with the assistance of Justyn LeFebvre and it could not have gone better. Buying your first house is a very nerve wracking experience and Justyn make it a very smooth experience. From showing me I was making the best decision to showing me anything and everything that I may or may not be interested in (all to help me feel confident). I ended up buying a new build house and which there were many many delays, but Justyn was there being very proactive and dealing with the builder and utility companies to ensure I could eventually move in. I definitely can't wait to buy and or sell my next place with Justyn!

We worked with Rosie to find and purchase our first home and our experience was amazing! We started working with Rosie several months ago initially to find a rental - we were new to the area and she took us on a tour around town and gave us the inside scoop on different neighborhoods. Once we were ready to start our purchase search, Rosie helped us deepen our understanding of the neighborhoods by educating us on things that would impact us in the mid/long term like traffic patterns, schools, etc. Rosie was patient with us as our search criteria evolved and she was a helpful guide for navigating this competitive market. Jessica Bush from Strüb Residential was our realtor when we decided to buy a property in Austin, and thanks to her thoughtful expertise and guidance - after a few tries - we were able to buy exactly the kind of house we were looking for. Since we were out of state, she was a tremendous help in navigating the ins and outs of the extremely hot Austin market. Beyond providing a general overview of the market, she also helped us decide what area to focus on by providing information on renter profiles, previous comps, expected return on investment etc. She was very responsive and answered our endless questions. She took videos of the potential houses we were interested in, and worked hard to get as much information as she possibly could to advise us on how we should structure our bids. Thanks to Jessica we have a great house that fits our needs, she recommended a lender we ended up working with, a property manager we are about to sign a contract with, and she also connected us with the sellers who are renting the property back from us. Rosie with Strub Residential group helped us first time home buyers get the perfect home in a month even in this INSANE real estate market. She was extremely knowledgeable (15yrs a realtor and it shows!), level-headed (even when we were losing our own minds), consistently responsive and communicative, diligent, and eternally patient as she guided us through what to expect (We wanted to be hand-held so as to not miss anything). She even offered to call and walk us through an offer she was drawing up for us late in the evening to ensure we understood each section and could ask questions if needed. Everyone on the team, or that came to us (as buyers) as a reference, was a total pro-from the finance guy, Atif to the builders and team Rhett and Britton. These guys can’t be rattled. We worked with Ashley Jamieson for over a year, (yah a YEAR!) to find our perfect property. Not only is she a total boss, she's also wicked smart, really genuine and so fun to work with. In March 2020, after quite a bit of negotiation, we went under contract on a beautiful place but as we neared closing, were surprised by a family emergency and needed to switch gears quickly. Ashley worked some major magic and we got our earnest money back, which was no small feat. We took a few months to deal and Ashley was so patient and understanding, but ready to hop back in the moment we were. The market is so competitive and it's tough out there for buyers. I have friends who put in dozens of offers and lost over and over, heartbreaking stories of people finding it impossible to win the houses they want. We didn't have this experience with Ashley at all, she gave us savvy advice on how to land on the final table and her guidance led us to find the most perfect property for us at a fair price. Ashley Jamieson is a consummate real estate professional through and through. I worked with her (remotely) to find and purchase a home in Austin. She is honest, reliable and well connected - all of the qualities you want in a realtor that will look out for your best interest. She and her assistants, Melanie and Catherine, worked seamlessly together and made sure I always felt well taken care of. I managed to find a property I love and purchased it sight unseen at a great price (considering how hot the current market is in Austin). I was prepared to pay more but relied entirely on Ashley's experience and insights to make a competitive offer that was accepted by the seller.
