OMG Where do I start. Justyn LeFebvre helped me and my girlfriend Sandy find a house to build. We met with him just a couple of times and talked about what we wanted in a home. Almost immediately he sent us links to builders that were offering houses in our price range and that could meet our requirements. He set up appointments and walkthroughs. Even showed us around town so that we could get acquainted with the surrounding areas. He went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we wanted. If you are looking to buy a home, hit Justyn up. You will not be disappointed!

I've gone back and forth regarding writing a review ... I decided I should mostly because they highlight their relocation services; which was the assistance we needed as we moved to Texas from the Pacific Northwest. For the record, we worked with Eric Pugatch. The summary of my review is that for the commission they received, very little was actually done; and so if you are looking for assistance with your relocation, I would interview more agents and make sure they are willing to provide the help you want. What went wrong - After looking at a few options on the market (spent about 3 hours with Eric exploring the area), we decided on a new build. I made the mistake of listing Eric as our agent (allowing him to receive a commission) based on he did mention the community in passing and I had high expectations that he would be helping us with our temporary rental that we needed while we waited for our house to be completed. (This was our 3rd new build and so we were accustomed to working directly with the builder.) Eric gave every impression initially that he would be assisting with the rental process. Other than setting up a couple of MLM listing links, no other help was provided. When we asked for help with utilities, we were told to work with the property owner's agent. When we asked him to take a look at the rental lease, Eric responded "it's just a standard document." When we asked him to check out the rental in person (again, we were in the PNW) before we signed the lease and loaded up the truck, he (kindly) stated, "that's not something I specialize in." This unfortunately was a huge disappointment, as the rental had many things wrong; a number of which could have been corrected before we arrived (like the infestation of wasps). Every ask (before we made the move) never seemed to result in getting what we needed. This may be a cultural thing by state, but in the past we have always received a housewarming gift from our realtors at the end of the process. To not receive acknowledgement after considering the fact that Eric maybe spent 8 hours on us as clients and received commission on approx. $750k ... it's just frustrating.

Our realtor Justyn was the best! He helped us find a house quickly. He was incredibly responsive, organized, and went above the call of duty. He made our relocation super simple. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

This is the best real estate company I've ever worked with. Justyn Lefebvre is an outstanding real estate agent. He's attentive, prepared, flexible, diligent...and a really great guy! He didn't just make the process smooth, but it was lots of fun as well. He helped me find the perfect house...and walked me through the entire process. If the other agents at Strub Residential are of the caliber of Justyn, then this is the absolute go-to company to work with if you are looking to buy a new home! A++

This is a long overdue testimonial for Eric Pugatch Eric was very helpful in finding the right home for us. Having relocated from CA and new to Austin, we only had a vision on what needs to be in the house. Eric was quick in understanding our expectations and needs nailed down and shortlisted a few homes including new developments in good locations. Instead of dragging us into many houses, Eric was able to hone in on the right home in the right neighborhood. Eric also helped us with negotiations and adding our change lists before signing the final contract. Though it is a newly built house, Eric encouraged us to have the home inspected and gave us some good referrals for the home inspection. Eric was on vacation during our final walkthrough, but he made sure to have someone cover for him. This was a great help for us as she was able to find things that we would have overlooked. In a nutshell, Eric is a great asset for someone relocating from other states and looking for a new home in Austin. I greatly recommend Eric to be your real estate agent to find your dream home

Mark is exceptional! After spending a couple of months spending hours researching and searching on our own for a home, with a deadline fast approaching we reached out to Mark with a list that was difficult to navigate - it was a lot of “if/then” logic and to our amazement, he took our list, and with his in depth knowledge of Austin, helped us define and build upon our vision. Within 2 weeks, we had assembled a short list of houses to visit and not even letting a torrential downpour stop us, he expertly guided me through our options and by the end of the day we were preparing an offer on the house that would soon become our little dream come true in Austin! He is fast, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly he makes the process collaborative. There are times before closing when things can get very hectic and because of the nonstop behind-the-scenes work of Mark (and Catherine!) the closing came together smoothly and seamlessly!
