Well, we cannot avoid legal issues as adults... whether from divorce or personal injury, or in my case where my housemate threatened me, stole from me, illegally evicted me from the apartment, and then sued me for unpaid rent and theft of property. Thank goodness I found the Frost firm! I was not in a position to represent myself as I was working full-time and wrapping up my final exams in physics. Russell and the team quickly learned my case and defended well through each step of this lengthy process. Sure, when new to the legal system, there are hiccups and miscommunications, however the team always quickly addressed any issues and problem solved in my favor. Eventually I won my case! I had a very small matter worth only about a $1000 for a car accident where the other party was at fault and lied about it. I wanted to pursue this in small claims but was horrified when their insurance lawyer sent me paperwork that basically said they'd come after me for attorney fees should I lose. I really wanted to just drop the matter all together, but decided to consult an attorney first just in case.
