After a long search and numerous phone calls, I located Jessica through Avvo. I needed help with establishing heirship on two pieces of property. This was an extremely complicated case as both parents and grandparents passed without leaving a will or a trust that established ownership; also the family is very large and complicated. After 20+ years it was time to clean up the estate. Jessica was consulted and hired for this task. Jessica and I worked closely to establish the family tree and to then run down people who knew the family and willing to provide testament of facts. I have to say this lawyer was awesome. Her knowledge of the law, processes and procedures is outstanding. I have to say, she did all of the necessary work to resolve the issues and to finalize the heirships documents and record them in the county records. Finally, there was a probate issue that was also old (say 10 yrs or more). Jessica successfully argued this in court with a favorable outcome. I am sure it was because of her legal knowledge and expertise in Family/Probate law. I would definitely use Warren Law for all of my future Wills, Heirship needs. Excellent knowledge of and application of the law!
