Mr. Finkelman came recommended to me by a major university to help me with filing an EB-1 permanent resident application as a Research Scientist. This is typically one of the more challenging ways to obtain a U.S. Green Card so Mr. Finkelman took time to analyze my case, talk with me about my credentials, and warn me about the challenges before taking on my case. His sincerity and thoroughness, before we even began working, helped put the process in perspective and clearly distinguished him from other immigration attorneys we had discussed our case with. Over the next several months he personally worked directly with me in painstakingly preparing and organizing an astonishingly detailed case to prove my “extraordinary ability.” Throughout the process he was fast to return calls/emails, patient with his explanations and careful with his preparation. He had an excellent eye for detail and aimed for perfection with every part of the petition, which was very reassuring because it was clear that he cared about the petition as much as I did. Needless to say my EB-1 application was approved in less than 15 days. My expectations were far exceeded in working with this firm and I credit the success of this application to his expertise.

I had a phone consultation with Jason a few weeks ago about a Request for Evidence I received on my petition to remove conditions on residence (I-751). Jason was well prepared to talk to me; he had already gone through the documents and information I sent him prior to the appointment. He provided me with tips on how to answer the RFE to increase my chances of approval. He was very methodical in answering my queries and put a lot of my doubts to rest.
