Joseph handled my situation with the utmost professional manner. From the beginning he was very clear with the process and how to strategically handle my situation after I presented him with the full facts of my case. We did have to go to trial in which I was found not guilty by a jury of my peers. I'm very impressed with Joseph and how he methodically handled my situation. Even though I had doubts through out the process, Joseph was able to address my concerns with concise reasonings for his strategy. I highly recommend Joseph, his associates and his law firm. He will fight for your rights and innocence!

By far the best criminal attorney. He never made me feel like a criminal nor disrespect me. My 2 cases were over 6 years old. It took him a matter of a few months to close both and reinstate my license. I never even had to appear in court. I live about 4 hours away. I only had to go to town once for the booking process, which he sat and walked me through. It took about an hour at most. Chris is definitely a number you want saved in your phone. I have never met a more capable attorney like him before. I'm more then pleased with his work and will refer him to anyone in need.

I was wrapped up in a huge mess of a lie. A terrible situation that led me from a squeaky clean récord to a Felony. I spoke to a different attorney every day for a week, they made me feel I was doomed. I prayed and continued to look and the moment I stepped foot in Bills office I knew he was the right person for my case. I put together as much evidence and information for him, I was arrested November 29th 2017 and I received a phone call that my case was dismissed April 11, 2018. Chris was EXTREMELY helpful, diligent and amazing with helping my partner get through what could have been a long drawn out DWI process. Long story short, his case was no longer even active because it was so old. Chris researched his case, went to the judge and asked what possible outcomes we could expect. He came back with our options and explained the entire thing. Never did he pressure us into any decisions and only made recommendations. He quickly got the warrant lifted so his license could be re-instated. He told us exactly what we could be doing for the best possible outcome. We came to him in late January and we had the entire cleared up, warrant gone and probation discharged by May. Had we not had things to clear up on our end I know Chris could have taken care of it even faster. He was very responsive, attentive and did everything he could to guarantee the very best outcome. He did more than we expected and got us more than we expected. I cannot say enough about how great this firm is. Don't let their small office fool you. They have been doing this a long time and are absolutely wonderful!

There great lawyers but my only complaint would be is they don't return phone calls and are always late showing up to court room. My son rely on Chris to be there and he is but always late which ales my son very nervous. Other than that there very good at there job got my son out on bond.

Liars!!

I needed an attorney for my son. I lived in Washington dc. did not know anything about Texas attorneys. I prayed and I chose. Mr. Hines I will have to give all thumbs up. He is a no nonsense attorney. He do not have a lot of words. No, he did not return all my calls. yes to me, he is expensive, but he is worth it. when he represented my son, it was like he had been knowing him forever. it was like he had a personal relationship with him. evidently he has an awesome backup team, all of his homework was done, with to me, little information from my son or I. he works well off little information. would I hire him again, yes without a second thought. this is coming from a concerned no nonsense mother.
