I found Brian Hall online when our company in Chicago was a victim of cybersquatting by a party outside of the United States. We could not have made a better choice. We were concerned that because this was in international issue, we would have no recourse. In addition to being an expert in this area of law, Brian was fast, efficient and laser-focused. Within days, the problem was resolved to our benefit and complete satisfaction. Brian did not stop there. He asked if our logos and trademarks were up-to-date. They were not. Some of our trademarks had lapsed; others were never registered. He was instrumental in ensuring that all our logos and trademarks were properly registered in the U.S. and in Mexico. This was absolutely critical to securing our brand names. Finally, Brian suggested that we have a signed agreement with our network of distributors, and he provided us with an excellent distributor agreement that clearly defines the responsibilities of both parties.
