Mr. Garvin was very expedient in my DUI case. He was able to have my case before a plea agreement, and was concise on what I was to expect. He worked on this as if it was his only case. I would highly recommend Dax Garvin Legal for anyone that needs a compassionate, and highly skilled legal mind.

I had a rather simple area that I wanted help with... setting aside a conviction in a DWI case. I did not know the exact name for that process and I found Dax online. I contacted him and was able to get an appointment rather quickly, and he did not charge for the first meeting. He quoted me a flat fee and I knew what to expect from the time I left his office going forward. I really liked the fact that Dax met with me and really seemed interested in helping me and my situation. I knew that he would be handling my case and not passing me off to another associate attorney. When I needed to reach Dax, he was available to me via text message and cell phone ... I don't think he gives those out until you hire him, though. I would recommend you call Dax for anything. Even if you think he cannot help you, give him a chance. If Dax is not able to assist you, he will tell you up front and if possible refer you to someone else. I have no complaints and if I ever need an attorney again, Dax will be the first person I call!
