I was in the bar business for over 10 years and Jason has helped me with with a few different business oriented legal matters. (leases, business structure, etc) He's very thorough and always has my best interest in mind. Most importantly, he has helped several of my old employees and patrons with legal issues ranging from DUIs and more. What stands out most is the fact that he actual would rather (and has) come pick someone up from a bar who's had too much to drink, than represent them for a DWI in court. My grandson was falsely accused of a serious felony charge three years ago. I called Jason and he agreed to take on the case. We live in the Dallas area, the case was brought in Travis County. Jason's ability to discuss the issues with the D.A's office diffused the situation greatly. A polygraph test was administered and was passed. I never doubted my grandson's innocence and neither did Jason. We all agreed we would not go into a courtroom and plea to a lessor charge to "make it all go away" because no laws were ever broken. After a very long and trying process, Jason was able to convince the DA to dismiss the charge. He was always very available to talk, answered all questions, made great suggestions and discussed, at length what the trial process would entail. There was never a moment I believed I had made the wrong decision. He is tenacious and worked very hard on our behalf. I recommend him highly.

I was charged with the selling of alcohol to a minor as the result of a TABC undercover sting at my job — a Class A Misdemeanor in Travis County. I chose Jason English because he actually went to the same high school as me in Arlington, TX. What started as a small world connection turned into a really good client-lawyer experience for me.
