Wow, I can not thank Trent Kelly enough. Words do not justice how grateful I am that we hired him to represent us. My boyfriend were beyond exasperated after dealing with insurance. Nightmare only begins to describe our situation. Insurance put up every roadblock they could. We were jumping through hoops to have them process our claim. After exhausting ourselves, we finally decided we needed outside help. As soon as Trent came on board everything changed. I was in a terrible head-on collision that left me in ICU and needing hand surgery. I was not at fault and there was much to do while I recovered. Jim Terry was able to walk me through each step of the legal process. Many times I had extra questions and he was always patient and professional to answer each thing to my satisfaction. I highly recommend using this firm. I’ve never been in a serious accident and had no idea the extra trauma that can come with trying to settle out all the bills and damages. I was focused on just trying to get help with my neck and back pain and heal. It started to add up, and I wasn't getting better. A friend recommended Jim Terry, so I reached out to him for help. Having Jim in your corner makes the stress go away. He listens carefully to your concerns, identifies your needs, and educates you on options you had no clue were available to you. He took fantastic care of me so I could just focus on getting better. He is super smart but has a genuine heart, a perfect combination if you want someone who knows what they're doing but is authentic in caring for you and your family throughout the process.
