I can't give Brian and Raya enough stars. Sheree, the office manager, is also amazing and goes out of her way to help clients navigate through what is often the toughest time in life. They have been my rock while going through a highly contested divorce and are always there for me when I need advice, support, and guidance. If you are in the unfortunate position to seek counsel in a divorce or child custody matter, give Brian and Raya a call.

David Spradling was outstanding. He worked very hard on my case, and did an excellent job. Very professional, and helpful.

Jake Gilbreath and Brian Walters were always very professional, caring, and prompt with all of their responses to my questions. They handled my very complicated custody matter and were able to protect both me and my children in our time of need. If you need attorneys that are knowledgeable and will fight tooth and nail for you, I wouldn’t recommend any other firm. You won’t be disappointed.

Jake has been an incredible attorney. He did an absolutely incredible job representing me throughout my divorce and custody hearings back in 2013. It was not a simple case by any means; I was asking for a lot. He was very straight forward about his agenda and executed them seamlessly. He got the other party to settle and we signed off on everything I asked for, within reason. That arrangement was perfect for our family but unfortunately two years later in 2015, my situation with my children's father took a turn for the worse. I was uncertain what was going on but I rehired Jake to help me sort it out. He immediately set up a meeting with him that Sunday (his day off). Within a week we were in court with an order to test the other party for drugs. As soon as he found out the results came back positive for several drugs, he called me to meet him at his office to sign off on an injunction. He went before a judge that same day to cease all visitations until we could get a Guardian Ad Litem to further investigate. This escalated quickly from a modification case to a termination case. He communicates very well and doesn't beat around the bush. I have full faith in Jake. He has always put the best interest of the children first and that alone lets me rest easy. Even though he has several clients at a time, he has never made me feel like anything less than his top priority. I would (and have) recommend him to anyone going through a hard time and in need of a fantastic attorney.

I had a unique custody case that was a bit of an uphill battle for what I wanted to accomplish. Catherine Fuller and Slav Talavera were incredible and got me AMAZING results and I was completely done within a few months. I thought this would drag out through the end of the year. They were extremely thorough and excellent with communication. I hope I won't need their services again, but will go back to them if I ever do and I highly recommend Walters Gilbreath. New post 10/25/21: I had a fairly simple matter that I needed an attorney for and of course I went back to Walters Gilbreath. Jake was extremely quick to respond to my emails and got the matter wrapped up WAY faster than I thought would be possible. I hope I don't need a family lawyer again, but I will absolutely use Jake if I do. I can't recommend him and Walters Gilbreath highly enough.

After five years was filing my divorce’ plus I had two attorneys wich was bad and lier Why cause I’m women ,thats why they take advantage on that . after finish pay all they don’t answer my Mail and my phone calls plus they didn’t do nothing likes nothing on my case .now I’m just cant believe its done .
