I have had the pleasure to have David White represent me in a case that was on the surface sounded very serious. After my arrest I called several attorneys that could represent me in Travis County. David was the only one that insisted on meeting me in person to have me tell my side of the story. During our conversation I began to gain the confidence that he would represent me well but also have a positive outcome. Drum roll..... After David and his team spent time with the prosecutor, the case was actually rejected by the court. What this means in no legal terms was that case was never filed and there was no official charge.
