I was on the receiving end of false reports which led to charges against me. It took 3 years until the charges were dropped, but Ken stuck with it, patiently answering my questions and holding power to account along the way. The adversarial system isn't designed to be easy, but even by those standards, it was a slog. But working with Ken was a large part of making the process tolerable as we eventually got to the correct result. Thanks, Ken!

I was indicted for multiple felonious charges stemming from an on-duty shooting while employed as a police officer.
