I'm an immigrant and was charged with family violence misdemeanor. I hired Kevin to represent me. He was very responsive and I received prompt replies to my questions and concerns. He did not make grand promises in the beginning and always gave brief answers, to the point, but he acted quickly and got me started on some classes proactively. He had a good rapport with the parties in prosecution and was able to negotiate a speedy dismissal of the case. I also used his services to get the case expunged. All of this happened quicker than the initial timeline he'd suggested.

Kevin did a great job successfully expunging two MIPs from my criminal record. He was also very careful in preparing all the necessary legal documents and I never found any errors in these documents prior to their submission. Kevin was very thorough in identifying the numerous agencies and background check entities that may have had access to my criminal records and in having the court demand that these various parties return and destroy such records. I would highly recommend Kevin as an attorney.

I never imagined I'd select a lawyer from reading Google reviews, but after reading the reviews, and talking with Kevin, I did, and he did not disappoint! Mr. Bennett is a rare find. I reached out to him for a consultation during a very distressing time of my life. He immediately emailed me back and answered my question. We then scheduled a phone consultation. The thing that showed me how honest Mr. Bennett is, is how he told me he didn't think a phone consultation was necessary. A lot of people want to take your money just to take your money, Mr. Bennett does not do that. I wanted to talk to him and we had a phone call and he was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He passes no judgment and gives you the facts. When you email him, he responds very quickly which when you are in a stressful situation is much appreciated. I hope I never need to hire a criminal defense attorney, but if I do, I know exactly who I will call! While I have not met him in person, I feel very fortunate to have come across his name and his emails have been a constant source of reassurance.

I was falsely arrested for assault. I was booked in Travis County. A family member called Kevin’s office on a Sunday at 10am. One of his staffers was advising me a couple of hours later and I was out by 2:30. Three days later all charges were dropped because it was not a justified charge.
