I'm very pleased with Bertolino, from start to finish I felt like I had the best legal firm representing me. Starting with the exceptional customers service and then after talking with my attorney and the way she explained my case to me I was totally convinced about my case I would definitely recommend this firm.

It was a complete waste of money. I could have had the exact same results for free. The staff was nice though. Edit in response to the reply. I did ask multiple times to pursue a different course and was discouraged not to. That is why I feel upset and taken for my money. I just wanted to give my license back as I knew there was no winning but again and again I was encouraged not to. I trusted the firm although now when I look at it I don't understand why they ever thought this was a good idea. So then in the end instead of just submitting my license I was made to look like I was trying to get away with something from the board and I'm now talked badly about by them and am out thousands of dollars.
