Stay away from this law firm I had a bad experience and I’d be deported if I would’ve had stayed with them. I was never treated with respect even though I paid my fee in full. I was never told I was eligible for a work permit while they represented me for an entire year. No soliciten este bufet de abogados si yo aún estuviese representado por ellos ya me hubieran deportado. Nunca me trataron con respeto a pesar de que les pague su cobro de un solo pago. Jamás me dijeron que yo podría tener un permiso de trabajo mientras ellos me representaron durante un año. En fin en mi experiencia personal les aconsejaría que no los contraten

I was arrested charged with a DWI, I hired Mike Burke at the Peek and Toland law firm. Even though I passed the breathalyzer and performed well on my field sobriety test, I learned quickly that you're guilty until proven innocent in such cases. Not only did Mike do a wonderful job in getting some of the ridiculous conditions of my release resolved in a timely manner, he was able to get the DWI dismissed, and I couldn't be happier with the service, communication, and results he produced for me. I highly recommend Mike if you ever are unfortunate enough to find yourself charged in a criminal case!
