John Toland is my hero! He is a down to earth, sincere professional. I was charged with a federal crime and facing the possibility of up to 15 years in prison and needless to say this was the scariest time of my life. When I met with John I knew he was my attorney. He really cares about his clients and he does not overcharge. He assessed my case and made sure I was aware of what my options were and what to expect. He was attentive, non judgemental and compassionate. He listened to my concerns and he gave me wise counsel. He was always available by phone and email. The day before trial he personally called to make sure I was okay. John believed in me, faithfully stood by my side through my entire ordeal and effectively and persistently defended me, thus the outcome was, NO JAIL TIME!!!!!! So grateful!!!! John Toland is the BEST!!

I recommend the Peek & Toland firm 100% - they gave me 110%. We won one of the most difficult cases with the odds completely stacked against us. I would say at least 90% of other Austin law firms would have lost my case. I say this because other firms I brought my case to were very negative on the case.
