Louis has worked for me fo over 10 years. He has helped me with three TMB complaints that I won through his excellent guidance. After a recent employee issue that was causing me extreme stress, office manager, walked off the job, he answered my call at 6 PM on a Friday. He invited me over to his home to hang out right then and there because he understood I needed some emotional support. I have been at his home before over a previous stressful issue, my divorce after 22 years. Smarted person I know. Thinks extremely well on his feet during the moment. You will create a lifetime relationship with this man. Specifically, I do not utilize my medical practice carrier and use him self pay because that is how strongly I feel about him

I had used Louis on a prior occasion for license defense that ended favorably. Unfortunately I returned to him for a new issue that he completely bungled due to unprofessional conduct. He was going through personal problems and when I needed him the most, he did not show up. Besides his tendency to make wild promises that he never keeps, his inability to act as a professional has cost me dearly.

Mr. Leichter represented me in front of the TMB (the most unreasonable and arrogant group of ppl). It was honestly a assassin case which should not have even gone as far as it did. He took my case very personally and convinced me to fight till the end even when i wanted to give up. I hired Louis for some licensing issues with the Texas Medical Board. He spent the day before my hearing from literally 3:30 pm to 11 pm just preparing me. He and his associate attorney, Darrin prepped me for every possible scenario. The hearing went just as expected and it was smooth sailing. He knew exactly what questions they would ask. Plus, while I was there waiting for my turn, 2 separate attorneys approached him for advice which is a testament to his abilities. Louis Leichter represented me at a security clearance hearing. Preparation was first rate! More importantly, Mr. Leichter controlled the atmosphere in the court room, keeping it positive. Mr. Leichter presented my personal history in such a way, when he was finished, I wanted to meet the person he was talking about - me! Hopefully I'll never face any kind of litigation again, but if I do, the Leichter Law Firm will be my go-to counsel.

On our initial conversation, Mr. Leichter demonstrated significant knowledge about the physician training process (residency, fellowship, etc) as well as experienence dealing with the Texas Medical Board regarding licensing issues. Initially, the board asked for a range of documents and explanations relating to a criminal arrest that occurred several years earlier, however, I doubted the validity of several of the explanations/documents they asked for. I contacted Mr. Leichter regarding my license application and he acted very quickly (within 3 business days) and prepared a document to the board outlining and highlighting why several of the requests were not valid. The board responded and the request for several of the documents was withdrawn. He further responded to my emails very quickly and sent several letters on my behalf to the board pressing them to process my application in timely manner as there had been significant time lost due to their requests . Overall, I was very satisfied with the job he did, and was extremely happy I used his services. I would certainly recommend him to another physician who was experiencing licensing problems with the Texas Medical Board.

Louis represented me in front of the Texas Board of Law Examiners. Louis got me licensed and I am now an attorney in Texas. Louis did an excellent job and stayed positive throughout the entire ordeal. Louis is well liked and has relationships with staff attorneys at the Texas BLE.
