I met Mr.bernard when he was my court appointed lawyer. I was facing 3 felony possession charges and a massive drug addiction. I listened to his plan and he was able to get the courts to give me deferred adjudication. Mr.Bernard never treated me like I wasn't paying for his representation. Within 5 years I landed in court 2 more times again facing felony possession in different counties. He not only traveled over an hour away but also got me deferred adjudication again. I did hire Mr.Bernard for the last two cases and he was amazing. Mr.Bernard helped me stay out of prison and to stay sober. I have changed my life around a 100% and I am doing great now. I have unfortunately been able to deal with alot of different lawyers over my years .Now I have used Mr.Bernard 3 times myself over the last 5 years .Also he just 6 months ago bonded my Youngest child out of jail for 300$ and in one week he had the case thrown out ..My best Potna is also using him now also.I liked that Brian was upfront about the money and the situation. He kept me out of prison my last 2 mishaps and when I first hired Mr.B I had been to prison multiple times but Thanks to Mr.Bernard and his Wife yes it's a two Lawyer Family correcting Lawyer &Judge Family ..Salute ...But yes a few times His Wife would standin.I had to post something this is a Good Lawyer and seems to be a Good Man .I would see him also out of town his son and mine where both playing AL ..And I know people may say he is not a good Lawyer those people I promise u did not pay they bill That's plain and simple. I'm going to be honest .Trust me anybody who wants a good Lawyer and willing to pay to avoid being locked up Call Him and honor your payment plan show up for court and watch your case disappear. And if you pay him everything and enough money you want even have to wake up and go to court He'll take care of that as well but it cost Thanks for all u have done for me and my Family..

please ignore the negative reviews I don't understand how somebody could give Brian Bernard a negative review he is an excellent criminal defense attorney and he was very attentive and responsive to my text and to my calls and did exactly what he said he was going to do I definitely would recommend Brian Bernard and associates to all people with a pending criminal case in Travis County

I had just gotten a felony hand gun charge,and I thought my life was over. Then I called Brian, I explained how stressed out I was. He said don't worry about it and that he would take care of it. I would recommend Brian to everyone in legal need. He really came through for me.

Brian did not fail me. I got stuck with a felony, I really thought my life was over. He asked me what I wanted and I told him I really needed it to go away. Im stressing over it, loss my relationship, not to mention my future job possibilities. The state kept saying no to dismissing it, but Brian would not give up on me. I must say Brian is a true professional. This guy handled my driving while license invalid case with such expertise.
