Not Recommended! I told Sandy in our phone conversation what I wanted in an attorney but she became defensive like I was trying to insult her, when rather I was talking about a hypothetical plus my own past experience dealing with attorneys . ​ Further, she did not honor her commitment to follow up with the documents I sent her. I am sure there are better lawyers for people to consider.

Sandy was able to step in and represent us regarding a long term insurance denial for my elderly mother. Sandy jumped right on the case, even corresponding while on vacation. In a short time, my mother’s policy was reinstated and we received much needed back pay. Couldn’t have done it without her.

We sought out Sandy after our three appeals to our insurance company for a $90,000 hospital bill for our young daughter were denied. From the get, Sandy was invested and invigorated, always insisting that, while our case was an enormous long shot, she believed the law was on our side. After her complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance was denied she refused to quit. Every conversation with her, long after I had lost heart, was about reaching higher up the food chain until her voice heard. She went back to TDI again and again, insisting that they take our case seriously, until finally, shockingly!, securing us a full and resounding victory. I'm in awe of the lengths Sandy went for us. Our insurance company had so confidently washed its hands of us before she came along. When I was ready to give up (who has the heart and energy to keep fighting such a monolith?!) but she never was. Is it because she's a Mom that she never gave up? All I know is my daughter is healthy. Her hospital bills are at long last paid. And, thanks to Sandy, my family can finally, fully, move on.
