My wife and I were faced with an awkward issue of needing to have ourselves removed as managing conservators of a grandson. CPS, the Travis County Drug Court, an ADA, CASA, attorneys for the parents, guardian ad litem, etc. were all parties to a lawsuit into which we had been unwillingly pulled into. Mr. Sandoval was able to quickly understand our situation and negotiated a petition with all the parties involved and succeeded in getting us removed as managing conservators very quickly. He was very effective both before the court date, in court, and afterward in presenting our desires to the judge and the other parties involved. Mr. Sandoval inspires confidence and we are very glad we hired him. We were especially impressed with his style in court. He was able to focus the judge's attention to our issue in a crowded courtroom with all parties clamoring for attention. He succinctly guided the judge to poll each of the parties to get their agreement in open court. We always felt the Mr. Sandoval and his paralegal, Estella Autry, treated us well and were both quick to respond to questions.
